For more than 27 years, I have been a trial lawyer and a family law attorney. My name is Gary Urso, and I am ready to use my experience to help you and your family.
My practice is dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals, families and children. During my career, I have been an assistant state attorney, prosecuting misdemeanors and felonies with an emphasis on crimes against children. I was also a senior attorney with the state of Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitation Services (HRS), representing the state of Florida when children were removed from their families for abuse, abandonment or neglect in dependency cases. I have been in private practice now for 18 years, representing individuals in matters of divorce, custody, dependency, adoption and child support and alimony. I am also a Florida Supreme Court certified family mediator.
